Nap Club operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

Nap Club is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order through Nap Club, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in your order.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, product unavailability, or other legitimate reasons.

Payment must be successfully authorized or processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the products selected, quantities, shipping address, and shipping method.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order free of charge at any time before the order has been shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@napclubco.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request an eligible return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, products purchased through Nap Club are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, PROMOTIONS AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice, subject to applicable law.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may apply to your order.

Any applicable charges collected by us will be displayed during checkout where reasonably possible.

From time to time, Nap Club may offer sales, discount codes, promotional offers, bundles, or other promotions.

Promotions may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, and limitations.

As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, products purchased as part of a sale, discount, special offer, promotional code, bundle promotion, or any other promotion are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted in connection with an order.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to the shipping options and estimated delivery periods displayed on our website, at checkout, or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and are not guaranteed.

Nap Club generally aims to process and dispatch orders promptly. However, processing and dispatch may occasionally take longer due to order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, verification requirements, or other circumstances.

After an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, and other unforeseen events.

Where permitted by applicable law, Nap Club is not responsible for delays caused solely by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

Shopify’s names, logos, products, and trademarks belong to Shopify or its applicable affiliates.

All other third-party trademarks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

We may not monitor or control these third-party services.

Nap Club is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made from our store are transactions directly between you and Nap Club.

Shopify provides the commerce infrastructure supporting our store but is not the seller of Nap Club products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for Nap Club’s products or for claims arising directly from products sold by Nap Club.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the Feedback and that your submission does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

If you received compensation, free products, discounts, or another incentive in connection with Feedback, you are responsible for making any disclosures required by applicable law.

We may moderate or remove Feedback where permitted by applicable law, including content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, infringing, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Products purchased from Nap Club remain subject to any mandatory legal warranties or consumer protections applicable to your purchase.
